Flea market.  This is the main street that takes you to Anapra and Lomas de Poleo.  When we went up this street it was very early in the morning and the street was completely empty,  coming down a few hours later we found a flea market with stands in boths sides of the street and in the middle.  The flea market was at least a mile long and going through took about half and hour - driving at 5 miles per hour because people are walking on the street and you have to wait till they let you go through. 

 In the lower photo there is a hill on the background - that was the end of the market.
